Hey all!

Sorry it's been a while! We've been pretty busy around here!

So far the week has been really great. Sunday we spend the day hanging around East Bay, a beautiful beach about a 20 minute walk from the center.

The rest of the week, we've just been working on Fish ID sessions and snorkels for that. We did see a big nurse shark on Tuesday though. That was really cool! She got really close to us too.

Today, for part of our Advanced Open Water class we did a deep dive, down to 100 feet. It was really exciting being down so deep. We saw a couple of big stingrays. One of the other groups saw a school of 15 eagle rays. We were all really jealous.

I also found out about my research project! I'll be working with Ben, my Marine Ecology professor on biodiversity with 11 other divers. He's got a really big project going, I'm really excited about that. We don't start that work until after spring break thought.

That's about all for now, I'll try to write more later when the internet connection is stronger!
